I started out in a few different fields before finding my calling. Sales, business marketing, commercial construction, and real estate. I just discovered along the way that I enjoyed the reward of educating and helping others to reach their goals. Digital Marketing was the next logical step to meet as many people as I could and meet that goal. So I set out to build an agency set on spreading their story. I'm a fierce competitor whether that's with myself, sports, life, and/or business. But I owe all my fulfillment and drive to the people around me and the ones I have found along the way. This is my opportunity to give back. I'd love to have you as a part of my team.

I started out in a IT apprenticeship, where I realized my passion for numbers. Then it became my full time profession. I expanded into the world of finance, mergers & acquisition transactions as well as gained my master’s degree in executive management and business consultancy. Just for fun ofcourse. Spent years as an athlete as well where I honed my leadership skills and discipline . Today, I use my skills to make our company not only run smoothly, but beat the competition with innovation and efficiency.

COMPANY HISTORY
Will and Patrick met in Bali in 2019 when they solo traveled to Southeast Asia. They wanted to take on a new challenge and explore the world. The contact between the two is never broken and it was clear to them that they do not want to pursue a 9 to 5 job. After many phone calls and brainstormings they were aware that they wanted to become independent and do not want to be tied to any place. However, they decided to dive into the world of social media. Both had long been aware of the problems of the labour market and the procurement of qualified employees. Since the possibilities of social media are enormous, they combined the two worlds of recruitment and social media and created the company EAZY. With the company, Will and Patrick want to take advantage of the possibilities of social media and revolutionize recruiting with new advanced methods and help companies quickly attract highly qualified employees.

Our vision is to become the largest connecting agency in Northern US/Canada and help 1000 employers to attract the right employees.
